Plastic Injection Molding

Micro Star Innovations, our new, state-of-the-art division in Largo, Florida, is engineered to provide Six Sigma-quality “scientific” molding, including insert over-molding, as well as high-speed injection molding. We have created a facility that is truly capable of achieving high-cavity balanced molds that lead to lower part prices without creating the quality issues and increased part variations normally associated with a higher cavity count. Therefore, our customers are rewarded with lower part prices, while not being plagued by the disadvantages of having to maintain a long and cumbersome overseas supply route. Plastic Resins & Compounds

It Is possible to design and engineer high-cavity molds to be ZERO DEFECT and 100% monitored for control and containment. Micro Star Innovations possesses the knowledge and capabilities to demonstrate how this is “scientifically” possible.
